Take The Magic Step™ to Lifelong Fitness
With her world-wide athletic accomplishments as a platform, in 2008 Uta started sharing her ideas on freedom, fitness, running, and longevity as a public speaker. She says: “I deeply appreciate the importance to choose freedom of thought and movement ― “Freedom of Movement” ― in my speaking, running, yoga, and meditation programs. I see it as my way to contribute to a healthier and more peaceful world.
The story behind Take The Magic Step™ to Lifelong Fitness
When Uta Pippig talks about success, perseverance and her run to freedom – winning the reunification marathon in Berlin in 1990 – she does so with her unmistakable smile, just as she did when she crossed the finish lines. The Olympic participant, German record holder and former world record holder conquered the hearts of new running enthusiasts and became one of the best marathon runners of all time, three-time winner of the marathon classics in Berlin and Boston, with a memorable triumph in New York City.
